WTH - Reliable Designer

    I'm looking to hire a reliable designer that is capable of designing templates, banners, and tweaking other images/creating images from scratch that we require for multiple sites on our network. Ideally, I'd prefer someone that's capable of being available and able to produce work within 24 hours. I'd also prefer if you were able to be on Skype or MSN to make it much easier to contact you.

    Please supply me with examples of your work and HOURLY rate via PM. Only those I'm interested in working with will be responded to. I DO NOT want a design firm. Just individual freelancers.
