Same/similar colour scheme with the current one I use. 2. 1st article in full, the rest as excerpt. 3. Each page has author bio on the bottom of the article (just like what I have right now) 4. 3 columns (like what it is now) 5. A widgetized top-center (below the header+menu) 6. A widgetized footer 7. A widgetized sidebar 8. Firefox 2, firefox 3, opera, IE6 and IE7 friendly (a must!) 9.
