Hello I need a programmer that can work quickly and cheaply. You must install it, and then you must make it so when they sign up they are asked to create a group, groups will be the key focus, profiles need to be very dimmed down and it all revolves around the groups. I will give you an old site which you can base it on generally but even that did not focus enough. Each group should have there own photo, video, calender etc. My budget is very small and it needs to be done very quickly... $50... $100 if it is fully created with a theme.
