WTH PSD -> Wordpress

    Hello,
    I'm looking for someone who would convert this psd to wordpress template.

    I'm short on money, so cheaper = better, but I need the template to be 100% functional. I might have some work for you in future if I am satisfied with the price and the work.

    I need footer encryption and compatibility with the newest wordpress release.

    PM your rate for this conversion and portfolio if possible. If you don't have any portfolio and you want to build some, just say so and we will come up with some nice price :p.
