[WTH]PSD to HTML/PHP Website

    Hello everyone,

    I need a programmer who can code a PSD I have into a full blown website which will be running the CMS - Drigg.

    I think Drigg is an drupal extension, you are talking about. If you need a PSD to XHTML/CSS I will code it but if you need to port the same to drupal, I can't. based on your headline I observed that you need an XHTML first and then it will be ported to CMS like Drigg.
