[WTH] PSD to Drupal Theme

    I need you to give me the following information for the job of taking a PSD and transforming it into a Drupal Theme (or "template"). No Drupal programing.

    - Prices (from/to)
    - Time (from/to)
    - Experience?

    Really? Nobody? No one knows how to code a drupal theme?

    I need 20 themes created (I provide the PSD). I hope some one has the skills and needs some money.

    As far as the prices are concerned.
    Drupal themers takes about 125 $ per theme.
    Last time I contacted a themer, He was giving a discount of 25 $, 100$ per theme for a total of 6 themes.
