WTH: PSD 2 Wordpress

    I need someone to do some PSD to wordpress plus som plugin installs.

    Here is a screen shot of the design: http://screencast.com/t/EpcbJf6AgCe

    It has a lot of elements from this theme (which I have all the code for too):

    woothemes.com/demo/openair/?style=default

    I would also need a forum plug in and form plugin installed

    So how much and how long?

    Price with and without plugins.

    Any particular reason why you wouldn't include the footer in the screenshot, too?
    Sometimes footers double the size of what we already see up there :)
