Hello all, I have been a programmer for about 11 years now, and I have decided that I want to get my foot in the door in starting my own business. I am looking for primarily right now, just an HTML / CSS coder. However I would eventually like to take it a step forward, and get into building custom CMS for clients, or Wordpress / Joomla. All of which will be coded in PHP. If you do not know PHP then you must be willing to learn. However its not required as of yet. I expect quality work. I do not expect you to have a major in computer science, and actually I dont care if you have a school degree at all. However you must know what you're doing, and have experiance. I'm willing to take first timers if the portfolio of personal work is good. I do not want a stiff relationship between me and my co workers, rather I would like to have a lose, relaxed, and friend to friend, relationship while still achieving maximum quality and speed for each job. We can work on fixed rates, or commission rates. We'll talk more about that later. If you are interested in helping me, please PM me with your portfolio, or links to previous work. All PMs will be reviewed, however no work / portfolio shown is an automatic skip. I do not have work right now, I am more so looking for all my co workers before I stack up work, that way Im not stuck doing everything myself.
