I need a small form, similar to the Business.com one on the right sidebar here - http://www.business.com/directory/f...bt_consolidation/credit_card_debt_management/ - The form needs to be wordpress compatable. - An extra field for the user to include their email address. - Once a user asks a question, it should be forwarded to an email address of my choice. I am not completely familiar with whats involved here so if you need any more info, please let me know. The job will go to the person with the best proposal. Thanks guys.
