[WTH]Programmer set up my travel page $50-$100

    Hi there, been travel for some Europe country .
    Just wonder any programmer can use the Europe Map as the basic title of the website

    for example, when mouse move toward to Spain, all city will appear like Madrid, Barcelona and other

    Then when mouse click to Barcelona, all Barcelona picture will be load up

    I not sure is it hard or easy job
    but my budget is about 50-100 USD
