I have everything needed to complete the site, but I lack the time (and effort) to put it together myself. I'm not looking to spend a fortune cause honestly, this shouldn't take -that- long to do. Send me samples of sites you've made. I'd prefer this site be setup similar to my others using a PHP header/footer include. Also send me rates for hourly work. Quicker this gets done the better I'm willing to pay.
