I'm looking to hire somebody to get my ideas into action. I'm thinking of possibly making my site programmed from Joomla or wordpress, that would be ideal. It's basically a place where users can sign up, and create a profile with text, video, pictures etc. It's not really a social network, though. A little hard to explain.
