[WTH] - Programmer For A Forum Bot/Script

    I need a bot/script for a forum (not DP) that will see when a new thread in a specific sub-forum is posted. The script/bot will log into my account, pick a response from a set of canned responses and post that response.

    Desktop, web-based, Windows, I don't care where or how it runs, just as long as it is fast.

    The script/bot needs to be quick, down to the second.
