WTH: Programmer for a few fixes

    Hi everyone,

    I need a programmer to perform the following things to one of my scripts:

    - create admin panel [for 2 scripts]
    - allow edit of TXT file from ACP
    - allow edit of SQL post from ACP [forum script]
    - replace linebreaks (inserted by the user's ENTER key) in a comments field to <br>.
