---WTH---PHPBB Customization and MOD installation

    Hi.. Im looking for someone that knows PHPBB Forum well, I have installed the forum and now i need someone just to customize the look of the categories, and then i also will need the coder to install some MODs for me, but i need to start with this Categories look customization thing to be able to decide what MODs i actually want/need..
