I'm looking to hire a PHP programmer to code in some new features to a site of mine. I'll be looking to establish a long term relationship where whenever I need new features added I can come to you and pay for them to be coded.

I don't want to post the site url in public. If you are genuinely interested in the job and have the necessary skills then I will let you know what it is.

Currently I'm after two features to be added into the site.

    1. Youtube support. Currently the site works by playing mp3's ( users can submit mp3 links ). However I would like an option for users to use Youtube links and it will only play the audio. This would need a check function to see if the song is a Youtube link or an mp3. If its a Youtube link, different javascript code will need to be used on the play / pause / skip song etc buttons. This will need to change on the fly so that mp3 links and Youtube links can be used to create a functioning playlist.

    2. Mp3 Search engine. This will be set up on a separate server due to possible server resources that would be used. It will be like beemp3.com where it searches for Mp3's. However it won't need a frontend and will just be a private script thats running. What will happen is when the search engine finds a new mp3. It will do a ping or speed test to see if it meets a certain speed requirement ( that will be based of an algorithm that measures an average users speed. As server to server will always be faster then people who are using my sites speed ). If it meets the criteria it will then submit the mp3 along with the song name to my sites database. Or it will create a hierarchy in the database, the fastest loading song link will be listed in the library, if that link is deleted or goes down. It will then use the second fastest link and so on.

Please let me know if you are interested in this. If so, what are your average rates. Possibly an estimated quote with turn a round time? Also if you are interested in working as a long term coder.
