[WTH] PHP/MySQL Programmer to Create Marketplace.

Hi,

I'm looking for a programmer to create me a script/cms/whatever so that users can use it to sell their websites.

Features Needed:

-Users need to be charged to list their item, either by paying directly or using a credit system
-Users need to be charged a certain percentage of the final sale price
-A good admin panel where all the charges/catgegories can be changed etc.
-Easily customisable.
