It can't rename the directory because there are files in it.

If you want to move the folder and its contents to another directory then:

1. Create a new directory using mkdir();.
2. Loop through the original directory using readdir() and move all the files to the new directory using move();
3. Delete the original files/directory using unlink();

 

there are other rename errors too. i think the problem is the files are not extracting

Its a CMS right, check your home directory setting in your config.php
