I am a newbie to the VPS thingy and i had signed up at Hostv reading their good reviews all over, but their support seems to be very poor and slow. I really do not know how to start up and configure the VPS, i had requested the support to help me in this regard, but the response is too slow. Its been 4 days since i bought the package and nothing has moved, the only thing the support helped me is migration of my files from my previous host, and that too when i checked none of the databases were imported and many folders were just empty. I need a person who can configure my VPS and get my site working. Post or PM with your charges for the job.
