I need an advanced WordPress theme done (with internal control panel, shortcodes etc.), so I'm looking for a talented WordPress theme designer (css, html, jQuery, JavaScript etc.) with excellent commercial graphic designing skills (PS). For this project I'll be paying 400 USD (via PayPal - I will bear PayPal fees for you and can even pay a bonus if the project is done upto my satisfaction) which is a good amount of cash given that this project can be done within just 1-2 weeks (fulltime). Afterwards, I can pay separately on a monthly basis, somewhere between 100 USD - 300 USD for updates, feature addons etc. I'm looking to start this project ASAP! Even today is just fine!!
