First, I am looking for someone in the US. Nothing against other countries (I used to outsource a good bit), but our economy is in the tank so I'm trying to help our peeps out and keep it on our shore. I need someone that can work part time when I need help doing web design and php programming against MySQL. .NET programming is a plus, but not needed. Perl and linux admin experience would be nice too. I need someone that can flesh out some html for me and maybe design some graphics here and there. Nothing super flashy needed as I tend to lean toward the more finished business type look. I also need someone that can write php scripts mainly to do backend work on a linux system. Most scripts will interact with MySQL so that knowledge is needed. I also need some scripts translated from .net to php. They are fairly simple so just following the language will be easy if you aren't a .net programmer. I am a professional developer by trade so I expect high end coding. All pages are in a production type environment so php code will be expected to handle all errors gracefully. PHP error pages are not an option. If you haven't coded on this level then please do not apply. You may work on live production machines so trustworthiness is needed as well. References may be needed.
