So basically I want a new theme made for my website: http://www.animevideonetwork.com Of course it has to stick to the theme of anime, but anime knowledge is not really required to make the theme. There will be a few guidelines that will have to be meet, but for the most part the design is freely up to whoever is making it. I also have a few websites that can be used for references on what I am looking for. I also do not care how the website is made, if its made in photoshop then converted to html/php, or whatever, as long as the finished product I can just upload to server and go. Also all graphics should be made from scratch, or at least most of them, because I am looking for a unique design, but the reuse of the current banner and background image is again completely up to whoever is doing the design. As for the time that this needs to be made in, I am rather lenient on. I do expect it to be made in a timely manner and do expect high quality but I do not want it to be rushed. I am looking to pay about $100-$150 for everything completely done, but am willing to pay more if you can prove to me that your design is worth that much. Also payment will be made with paypal, once work is completed and to my satisfaction, but as you can see from my itrader score I am not here to just steal your work and leave you hanging without money.
