I have a customer that is looking a web design for his ebook site. Its one of those typical "work from home" and "get rich quick" type sites. Below are his specs, but understand that we are looking for some mock up images before buying. If you are not comfortable or will not work without payment up front, then please dont bother. What he wants to see is a few sample images then make a decision on which ones to go with. We are fine with you making the image and watermarking it so it could not be stolen. 1) 2 part form - page 1 requires email address, first name and check box agreeing to TOS - page 2 requires (prefilled email, name, and checkbox), address, last name, phone number and age (drop down menu with options) 2) Header image at the top, then form field on the left, text area on the right, then large text area under both sections. 3) Also ability to change location of text area from right side to left side and swamp out text. Basically what he is looking to do is change the form field from the right side of the page to the left. I know enough HTML to do it myself, so please dont cut up the whole page in a CSS file. Also, he has 10-15 more sites that he wants to launch within the next 60 days, so there is plenty of opportunity to make some good money with these designs. Again, I will not buy anything up front, so please send samples and he will buy between 2 and 4 sites to do some testing with. I'm not looking to read a mailbox full of PMs, so please send your samples within the next day and the price and I will respond.
No you need the form coded as well? As in do you want just a sample box form or you want the registration process to be created along with backend for managing users?
ideally if I can have the form coded that would be ideal, and I can store the info into their database when the person hits "submit" basically this is a two part form... the first part, you hit "Continue" and then the other fields open up. When you hit "continue" that info is stored, as well as when you hit "Submit" (which is the 2nd step) it adds those other values
