WTH: Need someone who can make a small website/blog $$$

    Hi all,
    I'm looking for someone who can make a website exactly like this: http://plrdownload.com/ (This is a blog but i want a site just like that) I do have experience in building websites but i'm busy with my other projects over the next few weeks.

    I want you to build the website and upload it to my web host and extra copies sent to me via email.I want the following to be included:

    Design - Similar to plrdownload.com ( but some small changes done)
    3 pages (I'll give the page names later)
    Want the site completed in 4 days

    The files need to be easily editable via a HTML editor

    Paying $15 via Paypal. (I do require some assistance after the work is done)

    15$ is quite good enough mate. Just let me know what would be the content? Same as that site?

    $15 is quite low...for a wordpress.... extend it to $30 and i'll do it
