I'm looking for some quality websites builders to build websites at the following requirements: 1) I will provide you Template (CSS-HTML) + niche + content + media from the web. 2) You need to create a brand new website from the above. 3) You need to have good English in order to understand / edit / create content. 4) You need to be creativity - creating new website pages etc ... 5) Photoshop is a plus (to edit pictures, logos etc ...). Price is usually from 5$ to 25$ depending on the difficulty and how good is your work. Send me resume and portfolio (mainly where you created brand new sites with CSS templates).
