WTH/NEED programmer for search query project

    I have a database of zip codes, cities, states and data. I need a script created that when someone searches for a zip code, it displays the data for those zip codes within a 10 mile radius. Same with city search too, it will just use a zip code to display that data.

    Specifically, if someone searches "Beverly Hills CA" it will use the first zip code on the list, 90210 and display the data (say names of people) within a 10 mile radius. Likewise, if someone searches by a zip code, it will find all the zip codes within a 10 mile radius and display the data.
