(WTH) Need a PSD Template Coded (best Price Possible LOL)

I have an 8 page PSD but there are a lot of similarities betweent hem so once 1 or 2 or coded the rest should be relaytivelt straightforwad (I Think)

I dont think there is anything to difficult in it for a good coder

I want them coded the best way possible WSC standards etc
