[WTH] Need a php/mysql coder to do a project

I need someone to create what should be a fairly simple script with an admin area might be a tad more difficult. Will need an administrator admin area and a user admin panels, users will be able to create accounts to have access to the panel. password recovery system.

As for what this script will be for I prefer to not announce it in public as I prefer to keep it some what unique.
