I am looking to make a face-book application that a user can submit an event to my website by submitting the event url.

I think you can do it by RSS feeds integration with your website when you have setup the facebook apps submission.

I want the application to publish the content form the users event to my face book page via a form on my website that the user submits. Say i create a page for new york events then users can submit there events to that page via my website for a fee
