Hey man, I've had over 21 forums in the past 5 years and know how to promote them. I would say this, when you are just starting out you need something to get the attention of members at first. Once you get over that 200-400 Member thresh hold you'll be good. Then comes the marketing. Depending on how you want to approach this I would then be able to give you a reasonable price.
