Buying WTH: Link Exchange Manager

    I am looking for a reliable link exchange manager with a feedback score of 15+

    I need you to email webmasters in the finance/mortgage/housing niches with a potential link exchange from one of my 40+ PR1-2-3 sites

    Then I need you to place the links and make sure they have placed one in exchange

    Preferably .co.uk sites will work best

    I can pay $3.50 for every homepage link placed if they meet my guidelines:

    PR2+
    Not Spam
    Less than 20 outbound links on homepage
    Have some original content
    Are real sites - not dropped domains

    All my 50+ sites have been built from scratch with genuine content so finding link partners should be easy.
