WTH - Joomla Theme Coder (and designer)

    We will be launching a new site very soon and need to have a Theme created for us.

    Must be valid.

    Needs to be able to change from fluid to fixed.

    Do not have an actual design yet in mind, but would like people to give ball park quotes. If it works out, we could need more.
