WTH: Joomla Coder

    I have a client who had a different developer install Joomla with Virtuemart. But the website is a mess. I need someone to either clean up the design or to install a new template. I will give the URL later on.

    Please PM me your price, portfolio (especially Joomla) and time frame. I need this done pretty quickly.
