WTH inexpensive programmer for simple coding & data management

    I have a couple projects with some time consuming tasks such as adding/editing products and verifying everything works right/links right, etc.

    Im looking for someone who's learning how to program or learning joomla and doesnt charge much.

    I need to spend as little as possible with these things so the cheaper is better if you want to learn the ropes.
