[WTH] Impliment image and integrate Aweber

Hey guys,

I am looking at adding the following image to under my header on my blog:



What I am looking for, is someone to do the coding section to make my aweber code capture the people who signup using this form.

So you will need to make the image a css background and code the aweber code over the top.

Anyone interested? Let me know your cost. (looking to keep it under $10)
