[WTH] I will pay $100 for anyone who can design 1 Web page for me

i want someone to design 1 web page for me and it's gonna be like this

on the left some Buttons like this website : http://acaiberrysite.com ( not the design of course )and on the right will be 2 banners and on the center will be the content
the website will be about Acai Berry and i will pay $100 for any one do that job for me

You see it very simple but i am very hard to satisfied cuz i need some more details in the page like the opt-in list etc.....!

I will not accept to deal with anybody who didn't have a very amazing portfolio

BTW i will pay via any payment method except PayPal cuz it doesn't support my country
