[WTH] I Need a few websites made ASAP!!!

I have 2 guaranteed websites that need to be remade completely from the ground up.
1. is a VB forum which i already own a license too.
2. An image hosting site

I have been having a very very hard time getting someone to build me a great image hosting site so i am going to try asking again. I have more details if someone can tackle this job.

This job needs to be done yesterday, but i do understand it takes time so I can allow that but it cant take months.

 

I can design and program the image hosting site to XHTML / CSS.
