    We create tons of themes including design. We already are doing this for our own network and to boost revenue I'm willing to open the service to others...I'm not sure how much it would cost just to code your PSDs but for a full custom wordpress theme it costs us $300 for design and coding + installation/setup on our hosting. I guess we could talk
