Hi.. I want to hire some one to fix my site a little bit.. What i need done is to get the site cross browser compatible, it needs to pass the browsershots.org site test. I also have some design things that needs to be sorted out, these are not for any designer a coder needs to move things around in the site as i want them. Also i want some one that knows htaccess very well, this can be done by a different developer, I want to try to speed up the site and create the error pages (ALL of them)..
