I am looking to hire a full-time web designer for my business.
Full time means 40 - 50 hours of work per week, 8 - 10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
You will need to keep track of time used on each project/assignment, so I will check.

The person best qualified for this job will be able to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiently.
You will also be required to code simple web pages/landing pages with the latest HTML and CSS standards. I will not accept work sliced into tables. Knowing PHP and other languages is a plus.
You will create banners, vector logos and fonts, landing pages, simple website designs and wordpress themes (or learn how to code wordpress themes if you don't know already.
You must be able to work creatively on your own and come up with your own ideas based off limited instructions.

I am looking to pay $100 - 200 USD per week. This is negotiable based upon your skills, creativity, quality, quantity of work, time you can work and location. Bonuses will be paid out upon extraordinary work achievements. Raises will be issued based off performance. This job is suited for those living in SE Asia or India. I know US/UK based designers want more, but I live in SE Asia so I'm looking for someone that can work around my timezone.

You can work from any location. I only ask you be consistent in turning in work daily and on time.

Please send your portfolios to . Also, attach some of your HTML/CSS work so I can check the quality of your code with my own eyes.

If you cannot code without tables, do not apply. If you can not work full time, do not apply.

Again, email me at with your portfolio.

    Thank you!

Obviously not looking for anyone in the US/UK/etc. This is an above average salary for anyone living in SE Asia/India.

Even though the designer or programmer is from India, its low price.40 to 50 hours per week and paying 4,000 rs to 8,000rs is too less.

If you are not happy with the wages I am willing to provide, feel free to pass on the opportunity. I will not be paying more than $200 per week.
I understand this rate isn't enough for those in some countries.

Still looking. Note: I'm not looking to work with an outsourcing company. I want a full time employee.
