wth graphic editor

    I have a forum skin I am needing modded a little bit

    There is the url.

    I want the colour scheme to stay at light blue, white, and gray but I am needing to add some more colour into the design in some places to make it less blah looking.

    The logo can be changed but I do want the text of the logo to stay so you could edit the background of it or something.

    I am willing to pay 15-20 dollars.
