I am on the look out for a graphic designer. Ideally i'm looking for someone who is: Young and wanting to increase their experience/portfolio of work Hand draws graphics and then uses to generate vector art work Can produce creative work such as this Has an interest in design web layouts, ideally in a web 2.0 style (although this isn't essential) Has experience of flash (although this isn't essential) Uk based The most important factors are 1, 2 and 3 (although 6 would be good as well) - this could potentially lead to quite a lot more work if i can find the right candidate. Thanks but my main criteria at the moment is based around the character design and development, hence i need someone with a creative hand drawing skill... im essentially searching for a graphic designer (with some web skills as a bonus).
