    The matter of concern is, we have done with the posts under his knowledge. We've informed him about the completion as well to which he agreed and paid us the due amount. But the e-check provided by him didn't clear to the respective date and bounced to some other later date.

    This was most certainly not a case of posting after he closed the deal. If that were the case, why would he have issued an echeck in the first place. Mine was regular payment well before he closed the thread. Then the echeck bounced and he will not respond to messages. Some of you were paid, but many others were not. I keep hoping he will suddenly show up and make the payments as agreed, but I am beginning to think that is not going to happen.
