WTH: Fulltime Web Dev/Designer

    We (Ascendant Marketing) are looking to hire a fulltime web dev/designer immediately.

    The Ideal candidate should be experienced in:

    PSD to CSS/xHTML / HTML/Slicing
    CMS / WP, Drupal and Joomla
    MySQL/PHP
    Java/Ajax
    Flash

    The Ideal candidate MUST BE

    Creative
    A Problem solver!
    Able to work within deadlines!
    Have a skype account and be able to con call with clients.
