Buying (WTH) flashbanner expert

    I want to hire a flashbanner expert that knows all the tricks.

    Like;
    Making a contact-scheme in a banner (e-mail) and make it work.
    Making the animation right.
    How to convert flash files to GIF (able to see by iPhone etc.)
    Make the banner link to a extern webpage.

    PM me ONLY if you have the skills,
    I require to see at least 5 banners u made.
