[WTH] Flash Designer to edit my .FLA Flash Banner

    I have a already designed flash banner in .FLA but I don't really like the setting on the flash banner.

    I'm looking to hire a seasoned flash designer with artistic talent to edit my .fla file the way I wanted it.
