WTH few people for a mailing job

I need around 3 to 4 ppl for a mailing job i.e to send emails to different email addresses.The text of the email and the email addresses will be provided by me.

how many emails I need to send per day
do I need to use different proxy IP address to send emails?

Is it sending mails email client or through the use of bulk email sending softwares.
