Hello! I'm in search for an experienced Wordpress Theme Coder, who can code complex themes. I'm a Graphic designer and I'll be outsourcing a lot of work. I have a lot of work, that's why I'm looking for a backup coder. I already have 1 backup coder, and he's great, I'm quite happy with his work. But I want to hire 1 or two more, because he can do around 2 themes a week, whereas I usually need at least 6 themes a week (sometimes 10 too).
