Hi, I'm looking for an affordable programmer to finish up a script that was left unfinished. It was an addon to my PTC (paid to click) script. It's a simple CPC and CPM script. All tables for DB are already made, the iframe for CPC and CPM ads are almost finished, i just need to add few more features to it. The script in iframe counts how many vists and clicks had ads in it, but i need it to store visitors/clickers IP in DB for 24h, so it only counts unique hits. I also need this to connect with advertise page where buyers can buy other credits (for ptc ads), this is basicly copying of those ads and renaming to CPC and CPM. Other thing i need done is the affiliates/members panel that already exist for PTC ads, i just need one moe feature where members can apply their website to publish my ads, than i need to approve their request from admin panel(which already exists). When they have one site approved they see the code to publish my ads. There few more tiny features i would need too, but i would pay some extra for that.
