    Hi, I am interested in hiring someone who can make interactive websites for me. one of the first projects would be for a website which extracts emails and shows them on my website. the site will be like http://www.mail2web.com/

    UPDATE: I am just interested in their online email checking interface, nothing more or any softwares or anything like that.
    just something as easy as where user can login to their emails on my website kind of like they can at mail2web.com but with few more simple features.

    That could be done with php's imap libary, yes. I'm not sure if I would be within your price or time range (I have another large project on my plate) but it is very possible.
